Managing Class Booking Limits in Your Studio
This feature lets you define how many classes each client can book per calendar day, week, or month within their unlimited memberships or class packages.
What is the Class Booking Limit feature and how does it benefit you?
By adding customizable limits you can prevent excessive bookings, free up spots for clients who truly plan to attend, and optimize class attendance.
Main Benefits
Full control and fewer unnecessary cancellations
- Set limits by calendar day, week, or month.
- Use one, two, or all three depending on your studio's rules.
- Clear limits protect your studio and reduce last-minute cancellations.
Increase your revenue by freeing up real spots
- When compulsive bookers stop blocking spots, more real clients can book and attend.
- This improves attendance distribution and can increase your revenue.
Automatic blocking and full transparency for clients
- When buying a membership or pack, clients will see exactly how many classes they can book.
- Once they reach their limit, Fitune blocks new bookings and shows them when they will be able to book again.
Your staff gets superpowers
- If your team needs to make an exception, they can override the limit from the Admin.
- Fitune will alert them when the client has reached their limit and they will have to confirm the override.
- Fitune records who approved it and when, keeping everything clear and transparent.
