How to Create a Pack
Create class packs in Fitune so your clients can purchase and use them to book classes. Combine access types and payment options based on your studio's needs.
Steps
- Click on Memberships.
- Click on +New and select the Pack option.
- Name the pack and fill in all the required information: what's included, price, and frequency.
- Click Save.
Access Types
- Unlimited: unrestricted access to included classes.
- Credit-based: fixed number of classes (e.g., 5 credits = 5 classes).
Payment Methods
- Subscription: automatic recurring billing (monthly, weekly, etc.).
- One-time payment: paid once, doesn't auto-renew.
Credit-based one-time payment packs now auto-expire when both of the following conditions are met at the same time:
- All credits have been used (0 credits remaining).
- Every booking tied to the pack has attendance finalized (marked as Show or No Show).
When both conditions are true, the system automatically changes the pack status from Active to Expired — even if the scheduled expiration date hasn't been reached yet.
Important notes:
- If a class has already passed but attendance hasn't been recorded, the pack stays active until attendance is finalized. The system automatically marks pending bookings approximately 48 hours after the class ends.
- If a client cancels a future booking and the credit is returned per the studio's cancellation policy, the pack will have at least 1 credit again and will not auto-expire until that credit is used and all bookings are finalized.
- Once a pack expires — whether by auto-expiration or by reaching its scheduled date — no credits can be added or refunded.
