Booking Window: Classes and Events
Control when your clients can book. Define in advance when bookings open and close for each class or event.
What is the Booking Window and why does it matter?
The booking window lets you define:
- Booking Opening: how far in advance clients can start booking.
- Booking Closing: how long before the class bookings should stop being accepted.
This gives you:
- More control over your schedule.
- The ability to avoid overly early or last-minute bookings.
- Time to promote your classes right before they open.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Access your class schedule
You can do this when creating a new class or editing an existing one.
To edit an existing class:
- Go to your Calendar.
- Click the class you want to edit.
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Select Edit schedule.
2. Go to the Booking Window section.
3. Set the Booking Opening
Choose whether clients can book:
- As soon as the class is visible.
- Only a certain number of days or hours before it starts.
Example: "4 days before the class starts."
4. Set the Booking Closing
Define how many hours before the class booking should stop.
Example: "2 hours before the class starts."
Important: booking opening must always be earlier than closing, otherwise the class won't be bookable.
5. Save your changes
You can apply this setting to just one class or all future classes in the same schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions
▶ Can I change the booking window after the class is published? Yes. You can edit the booking window at any time from the schedule editing menu. Changes can be applied to a single occurrence or all future ones.
▶ What happens if I configure opening after closing? The class won't be bookable. The opening must always be set earlier than the closing for the booking window to work correctly.
▶ Can I set different booking windows for different classes? Yes. Each class or event can have its own independent booking window configuration.
▶ What do clients see if they try to book outside the window? They will see that the class is not available for booking — either because the booking period hasn't opened yet or has already closed.
▶ Does this work for one-time events too? Yes. The booking window applies to both recurring classes and one-time special events.
