Disable Membership Cancellation by Clients

Control whether your clients can cancel their membership directly from the app or website.

 Important: this option is only available for unlimited memberships and packages configured as subscriptions. 

 

Steps

  1. Go to Memberships.
  2. Click on Add New Membership or edit an existing one.
  3. Look for the Limitations section.
  4. Disable the Allow clients to cancel their membership option.
