About Courses in Fitune

Courses let you offer structured experiences to your clients: class bundles, text lessons, videos, and more — all sold for a single price.

What are courses?

Courses are part of the different products Fitune lets you offer. They automatically book multiple activities for your clients. For example, a bundle of classes sold for a single price.

When clients purchase a course, they are automatically enrolled in all the classes, lessons, and videos it contains.

Benefits of offering courses

  • Business growth: courses are one of the easiest ways to increase your revenue. You can sell them for as much as you want.
  • Schedule flexibility: if you offer a course with videos, clients can access it and enjoy it at their own pace.
  • Variety: combine classes, videos, and lessons to keep clients engaged.
  • Organization: courses let you sell structured content that's easy for clients to follow.

How you can use them

  • 7-day fitness challenges: divide the course into 7 sections, one for each day.
  • Paid online course: combine classes, videos, and lessons that clients pay for once and enjoy at their own pace.
  • Share your files: use Lessons to sell an eBook, PDF, or downloadable guide.

Content you can add to a course

  • Text lessons: text blocks to explain exercises, routines, or additional information. You can include links to social media or downloadable PDFs.
  • Videos: if you have videos in your video library, you can add them directly as course content.
  • Classes: add group classes with recurring schedules so clients are automatically enrolled.

Steps to create and sell your first course

  1. On the left sidebar, go to Courses → Create.
  2. Add a name, description, and image.
  3. Add sections and content:
    • Click Add content within each section.
    • Choose between Class, Video, or Lesson.
    • Tip: if you want a class to only be available within the course, set it as Secret on your Activities page.
  4. Assign a price: Paid or Free.
  5. Set the total capacity: the maximum number of purchases allowed. Maximum capacity is 999.
  6. Show the Courses tab on your website: go to Fitune website → Customization → Navigation and change the Courses tab status to Visible.
  7. Click Save.

What are Sections?

Sections let you organize course content into groups. If you want to explain 3 different exercises, you can create a section for each one.

What are Lessons and how do you add them?

Lessons give you space to expand on a specific topic — explain how an exercise is done, add precautions, or share a link to external content.

Things to keep in mind:

  • Only a preview of 300 characters is shown to clients who haven't purchased the course.
  • You can add, remove, and reorder lessons as needed.
  • You can insert images by copying and pasting them from your clipboard.
  • You can add links to redirect clients to a PDF or social media channel.

What else you can do after creating a course

  • View course details: in Courses → My courses, click on the course name to see all details.
  • Express checkout: from the course detail page, search for clients and add them directly.
  • View participants: see when clients enrolled and when they were last active.
  • Keep adding content: enrolled clients are automatically booked to any new class you add.
  • Share the link: share the course link or the Buy Now link directly with your clients.
  • Customize the confirmation email: go to Marketing → Email templates to edit the message clients receive when they enroll.
