Launch Day: Tips and Email Templates
Everything you need to launch your Fitune studio: what to do on launch day and what to send to your clients.
On launch day
After completing your setup checklist, here are our recommendations for the day you go live:
1. Invite your clients to your new platform
- Send a welcome email: upload your client list to Fitune and give them a warm welcome to your new website and booking platform. Use the email templates below.
- Post on social media: announce that you're live and explain how clients can access your services. Use this free Canva template to create a quick, good-looking post.
- Record a how-to video: show clients how to navigate your platform, book a class, and purchase a plan. See an example here and use this template to edit it with your brand.
- Add your website to your social media bio: make it easy for followers to find your booking page. We recommend adding your link (e.g. www.myfitune.io/YOURBRAND) to all your social accounts.
2. Referrals
Earn $50 per successful referral by introducing Fitune to other studio owners. You get rewarded and they discover a platform to grow their business.
If you'd like to be featured on our social media, tag us on Instagram when you launch.
Email Templates
Use these templates to notify your clients when you launch. Choose the one that matches your situation.
Template 1 — Clients migrated with card information (Stripe IDs)
Hey friends!
I'm transitioning to a new software to improve the booking and on-demand video experience on my website. If you currently have active packs or memberships, they have been migrated over to our new software.
To access your account:
- Go to [insert your website URL here]
- Click Sign in and then "Reset password" (use the email you're reading this from)
- Book a class using your email and new password.
All of your payment information has also been seamlessly moved over so there's nothing else you'll need to do on your end.
