📩 How to Send an Email to Your Class

Send an email to everyone attending a specific class to quickly share updates or important information.

⚙️ Steps

  1. Go to Calendar

  2. Select the class you want to email

  3. Click the Actions button

  4. Under Client Actions, click Send Email

  5. Choose who you want to send the email to:

    • Booked clients

    • Waiting list

    • Cancelled attendees

    • Everyone

  6. Add the subject and message

  7. Click Send

  • Booked clients

    Add the subject and message

    Click Send

    ❓ Note

    If your clients do not see the email in their inbox, ask them to check their spam folder, as emails may sometimes be filtered there.
